Class Pictures for Web The Victoria Alumni Association is trying to obtain a class picture from every year to publish on the website. In order to accomplish this, we need your help. For an example of what we are trying to do, click on the Class of 1947. The best place to look for your class picture is with your diploma. It may be tucked behind the diploma. If you are able to find a picture, there are several ways to get them to us. 1. Scan with your computer and email the picture. (preferred method) 2. Take a picture with your digital camera and email it. 3. Mail the picture via the USPS. Furthur instructions for each method are below. Scanning The preferred format is a .jpg, but if your computer can't do that, almost any format will work. In order to get a good clear picture onto the web, an approximately 2000 X 3000 or 3000 X 2000 (depending on portrait or landscape orientation) size picture is best. After scanning, save the file as Class of ____ and email it to info@victoriaalumni.com. We will take it from there. Digital Cameras After you get a good clear picture (check for glare) you can email the picture to info@victoriaalumni.com. USPS Please make sure the envelope is big enough so that the picture doesn't get deformed. Also, mark on the outside of the envelope "DO NOT BEND." It can also be helpful to place a piece of cardboard the same size as your picture in the envelope, for added strength. We will mail your picture back to you, so make sure your address is included.
